Former Duke national champion and 2x NBA Champion (GSW 2018 & LAL 2020) has signed a one year non-guaranteed deal with the Sacramento Kings, per Marc Spears. Quinn last played in the NBA for seven games with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2020-2021, and spent a short amount of time with the Kings G-League affiliate Stockton Kings in 2021-2022. In Stockton, Cook averaged 22.5 PPG.

Cook reportedly worked out for the Kings around the time of the NBA Summer League. The contract he signed is not guaranteed and is currently a training camp deal. Per Leo Tochterman of SBNation, it appears that Quinn will be competing with fellow veteran guard Matthew Dellavedova for the final point guard slot on the roster. If Cook earns a spot it will be his seventh year in the NBA. With this signing, he becomes the 26th Blue Devil on at least a training camp deal this fall.
